In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "six6s" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of six6s.games and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the six6s platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by you on six6s.games through which you access all platform services.
• "Services" means the totality of online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, promotional offers, banking facilities, and support services offered by six6s.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the six6s platform for Pakistani players.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or matched deposit amount credited to an account under an active six6s promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the player via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, or cash deposit, held in the player's six6s account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, including identity and payment method verification procedures required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before associated winnings become withdrawable.

By accessing six6s.games, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion on the six6s platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and six6s with respect to your use of the Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. No representation, statement, or assurance made by any six6s employee or agent that is not expressly contained in these Terms shall be binding on six6s.

six6s reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on six6s.games with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are only permitted to open and use a six6s account if you meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. six6s strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age as part of KYC verification.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or close family member of a six6s employee or associated entity.
• You do not already hold a registered six6s account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited under Clause 4.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from six6s or had a previous six6s account permanently suspended for breach of these Terms.
• The funds you use to deposit on six6s are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

To use the six6s Services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani phone number, and a valid email address.

You may only register one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. The operation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your six6s account remains accurate and up to date. six6s may request updated documentation at any time and may restrict account functionality pending receipt of satisfactory documents.

six6s reserves the absolute right to decline any registration application without giving a reason, and to close or suspend any account at any time where it reasonably believes that the account has been registered in breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six6s account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

six6s will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from six6s that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity conducted through your six6s account using your correct login credentials will be treated as activity conducted by you. six6s accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify six6s immediately via the live chat support function available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. six6s will investigate all such reports and may temporarily freeze the account pending the outcome of that investigation.

six6s accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and cash deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. six6s will not accept deposits made from accounts or payment instruments belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

six6s does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or mobile wallet operator) may apply their own transaction charges, for which six6s accepts no responsibility.

six6s reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction, restrict deposit methods available to a specific account, or impose additional verification requirements before crediting a deposit, particularly where anti-money-laundering obligations require it.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your six6s Real Money Balance and wagering has commenced. Unplayed deposits may be eligible for reversal at six6s's discretion, subject to verification of the original payment method.

Withdrawal of funds from your six6s account is subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. KYC documents required include, but are not limited to, a clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (both sides), proof of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet showing your registered mobile number and name), and any additional documents reasonably requested by our compliance team.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Winnings in excess of the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered to your account.

six6s aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within one to three banking days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within one to twenty-four hours subject to blockchain confirmation times.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. six6s reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to any withdrawal request and to delay processing pending the outcome of any investigation it deems necessary.

Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the promotion and which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all six6s promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have completed KYC only, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• A standard wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds. The applicable multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards the wagering requirement. Live casino games, certain table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any associated winnings are subject to a maximum cashout limit as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• six6s reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus at any time where it reasonably suspects abuse of the promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash directly, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

six6s operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, matched betting strategies using bonus funds, placing offsetting bets on the same outcome, and any other strategy designed to circumvent the genuine-play intent of the promotion.

All sports bets placed on six6s are subject to the specific betting rules for the relevant sport and market, which are published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to bet settlement.

six6s reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts, limit the markets available to specific accounts, or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the bet has been placed using insider information or as part of a pattern of professional or arbitrage betting activity.

Odds displayed on the six6s sportsbook are subject to change until a bet is formally accepted. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted and displayed on your bet slip receipt. six6s is not responsible for any discrepancy between displayed odds and accepted odds arising from technical latency on the player's device or connection.

In the event of a manifest error in odds (including but not limited to palpable errors where odds are clearly incorrect relative to the true market), six6s reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

Bet cancellations are not permitted once a bet has been accepted, except at six6s's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

All casino games offered on six6s, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and game shows, are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. Players are advised to review the game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytable information before wagering.

six6s uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games, and all live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance and are not influenced by any action of six6s outside of the normal operation of the game.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, any bets already committed will be settled in accordance with the game rules applicable at the time the disconnection occurred. six6s accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnections caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures or device malfunctions.

six6s reserves the right to void any game round where a technical malfunction has demonstrably affected the outcome. In such cases, stakes wagered in the affected round will be returned to the player's Real Money Balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6s platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or using false, borrowed, or fictitious identity information.
• Using the six6s platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling intent.
• Colluding with other players, whether through communication or coordinated betting strategies, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error in a game or the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the six6s platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct in connection with your use of the platform, including providing false KYC documentation.
• Using the platform in connection with any activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the six6s platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment gaming in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any six6s intellectual property without the prior written consent of six6s.

Any unauthorised use of six6s intellectual property will constitute an infringement of six6s's rights and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six6s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the six6s platform, even if six6s has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

six6s's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your six6s account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

six6s does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. six6s will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

six6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the six6s platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. Your continued use of the six6s platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
